So this is my sister-in-law, Ta. She really loves catchup! I have never seen anyone love the red stuff as much as she does. And this proves it! :)

The day after Thanksgiving

I love Thanksgiving! We spent Thanksgiving day with Bobby's family in Paul, ID and then the day after Thanksgiving we went up into the mountains in Bear Lake and got our Christmas Tree. There is nothing like the smell of a fresh Christmas tree! It was surprisingly cold....I know usually in Bear Lake it is always cold this time of year, but there wasn't any snow just a week ago. We had fun! We all fell down a lot and our puppies had a ball! It is a great tradition!

Puppies are so Great!

We have two cocker spaniels. Lady (obviously a girl) and Tolberone (we call him Toby). They are so cute together and just hate it when they are separated. They are purebred cockers and we'll probably have a couple litters with them. They're inside dogs and I really hate washing their paws when they come in from out side when it is wet and muddy. I also really don't like the smell of "wet dog". I probably obsess too much about it, but oh well! So to help remedy this, I bought them rain coats and booties for their feet when they go outside. It took some work, but I've trained them to just stand there while I put the booties on. Now Lady will almost pick up her paw and give it to me as if to say, "Ok....just hurry up so I can get outside!" THEY'RE SO STICKIN' CUTE!

My niece, Serenity!

I realized I haven't posted any pictures about my new little niece. She is such a doll! She has a huge smile that is contagious. I went to Salt Lake last weekend to visit them. Although, she is 4 months old now, these pictures are of her blessing. I'll post more to come! But enjoy these cute pictures of her and my family!!

Leadership Pocatello

This year I am a facilitator for a Chamber of Commerce program - Leadership Pocatello. This is a group of business people in the community that meet once a month and we take tours and learn all about what Pocatello has to offer. This year we have a group of 26 - we went to Twin Falls and they did a team building ropes course. It was fun - I wished I could go up on the ropes again this year.....I had to stand back and supervise - not as fun.

This is a great opportunity to meet new people and be involved in the community.

Winter Cleaning

This weekend has been a time for cleaning and making sure everything has its place. We have lived in this house 7 years and still haven't found the "perfect" place for everything. We have rented out the basement for about 6 1/2 of those 7 years and are preparing to rent it out again. (Although it was pretty nice having the whole house to ourselves). But despite the snow we got things loaded up in the shed and have successfully organized most of the house. Bob is still working while I'm typing.....what a good husband!
